Rain is a pain

I can't even comprehend how upset and unsettling I feel. I have contacted Rain to downgrade my subscription 3 months ago and nothing has been done. I called again today and was kept on hold for more than an hour using my own airtime I was told that downgrade will commence 1 month after they log a ticket very ridiculous This service provider is useless and pathetic and they don't care about customer actually so disgusting
