Rain is a pain

Rain is a failed promise. They value marketability over good, quality service. I have sat on several calls with Rain technicians in the hopes of stabilising my connection. Not only was the problem not rectified, it was made significantly worse. My final call to Rain was not followed up on by the technician. It is undeniable that a 70mbs download speed looks very appealing, but what is the point when the connection is about as unstable as parliament. Consumers value stable connections, a large majority of us work from home now, and require stable connections. If this is Rain's entrance into the fourth industrial revolution, it has been doomed from the word go.
