Rain is a **** of a network provider

I have never been more frustrated with a service in my life, I would never recommend rain as a network provider to anyone, it's just horrible, please tell me how in the hell do you wait for 3 hours for a 10mb file to download finish literally downloading the file in bits per second....the only time there is some kind of speed which is not much either is early morning hours in which case we are asleep and not just that this is not the first I'm complaining about the same thing, I am definitely canceling my subscription cause this is ridiculous, Rain is a **** I'm paying for 25mb download and upload speeds but getting 25bs it's a joke just a big joke
