Rain is a no go

I'm shocked that they reply here on hellopeter.com but can't answer our calls. Been 3 days waiting for a call back, till today, no internet access. When you call no answer, when you scan the code, still nothing, email nix. This is by far the worst experience, surprisingly they are quick to ask for money.
