Rain is a nightmare!!!! Money gone and no service.

Rain has been the worst!!!! It pretty feels like I have been ******. My Router was not working for about 3 weeks I kept calling them everyday and writing them emails but the support department failed me dismally with no reasons as to why I cannot connect to the internet all I kept getting from their agents is "your tower is down and we can't give you reasons until technicians can fix it" , I spent a lot of money purchasing my own data and calling them daily I got fed up and requested for a cancellation and to be credited for the days I didn't get connection but all they did was debit me R500 at the end of the month. I have asked for my money back but I'm not getting any response, this has been a painful experience for not only myself but my pocket.
