Rain is a nightmare

Rain 5G data speeds decrease significantly during peak hours to a point where the internet is unusable. I have complianed several times and nobody from Rain has helped me. After using Rain, this is the time for me to move on from Rain and start using other ISPs cause the service that I am getting does not make sense considering the R500 that I am paying every month. Also my speeds never even get close to 25mbps. So they throttle you and they don't help when needed. I would not recommend rain for anyone who is looking to buy internet for their home.

You guys have still not resolved the issue. We have been struggling with internet for the passed week. I have had to restart my router every 10 min just trying to get it work. This is ridiculous.

So yesterday Rain contacted me after seeing the above review they have still not come back to me I have a logged a new incident last night still no call from anyone to assist me with my router. I am still struggling. People please do not trust these people they do not care about the customer.
