Rain is a nightmare

Nobody should waste their time nor their money with Rain. Their website showed that I have coverage for 4G so I got it and it's been nothing but a nightmare. I'm on unlimited 4G but I hardly have any internet. The bandwidth is so low. It loads for 10 minutes to get 2 seconds of internet. Utterly disappointed. I've been told to give it time but it's been a year now being given one excuse after another. If they don't blame loadshedding, they blame weather. If it's not that they blame my location which their own website said has coverage. Strangely enough, internet works perfectly fine from 1am till around 7am, I don't know whether my house migrates to a different location at night if my location is the problem. And who the hell should be up at 1am to use the ****** internet??? I'm tired of donating close to R500 for a bag of *******. If you're thinking of getting anything from this company, save your mental health. Don't bother.
