Rain is a nightmare

Rain are a nightmare. I cancelled the service early this year, and I recently noticed that they handed over an issue to NuDebt for monies I have no knowledge of. Based on their terms, if there is no payment, there is no service. I am perplexed as to why they continued charging my account.

I will be contacting the ombudsman for help. I am not the only one with this issue.
