Rain is a **** network

Rain is a ****..i used to have rain WiFi that i was paying R250 on and never owed anything but because i had a connection problem i tried to switch G5 however it still didn't't work..

I called rain and reported the issue so basically i never used it because i called same day and told them that 5G is still not connecting and wanted to cancel the contract since its not useful to me since im working from home,,they then asked me not to cancel the contract they will try to send your technician to check the issue then if i still have an issue i can then cancel the contract, the technician came and confirmed to them that Heidelberg does,not have connection ..

I then called rain and cancelled the contract since the issue was also confirmed by their technician that the area that im staying is far from their towers..to my surprise rain sent me the bill and also tried to debit from my account fortunately they couldn't because of insufficient funds..ive been trying to resolve this but it looks like no one wants to sort this out..

How does one get billed without even using the data ..they even confirmed that they can see that I'm not using the sim card but still they are billing me.
