08 Feb 2022, 18:01 Money making ****. Billing and pathetic customer service. I was billed a very rediculous amount of 889.39 for the one Sim that I have with them.
Poor customer service them telling me that I am active even after the billing query and Me reporting my SIM missing and ****** last year.
I want All my call records, all my billing statements and all communications that were made to me.
Still you are forcing me to use the network without a Sim or router. I am being asked why did I not get a Sim swop from the app. THIS IS A MONEY MAKING ****!

Now I ask for my call recordings and they will not provide them. I called to report the Sim missing and ****** but they are asking me to provide a reference that they never provided in the first place.
