Rain is a misery

I have been explaining my problem to different rain personnel with no help. Since beginning of March 2024 my router,5g and 4g sims are not working while i am paying. They always promise to sort the matter or call back but they dont. First they **** that my area is under maintenance and when i tell them that the router does not connect even when im at work they changed the story. I am not happy
