Rain is a mess!!!

Rain SA is the worst.

Rain SA says they charge per month without allowing access to the user. I don’t understand why I get charged for something that I don’t use.

My internet has been off since the 2nd week of November and I’m expected to pay for the 5g I recently got.

At the end of this month, I will be expected to pay. Why does Rain SA do that? I’m expected to pay 559 for something I never used which is unfair.
