This is absolutely ridiculous! Nothing has been done to fix the issue, and my subscription is still active with no resolution. You keep flooding my inbox with useless emails that do nothing but waste my time. It’s clear you’re not actually trying to help. What is going on with this company? This level of incompetence is beyond frustrating! And please stop asking me to make a phone call—I’m abroad right now and can’t do that!
