Rain is a joke, last straw has been had

Not sure who deals with your customer complaints but its 7 days no internet no resolution from them even after saying they would assist me at a certain time. I have already placed a cancellation request for my personal account which also hasn't been attended to lol no surprise. Please don't rush to help your customer. We also have 12 different accounts for our business which we will also cancel should i not get any assistance. And try charge me for a notice month if the connection is not restored i will clean you out with ombudsman and CPA
