Rain is a Joke

Despite all the bad reviews all over I decided to go ahead and place an order for the rain one home package. Biggest waste of my time. The courier partner did not honor the time agreed upon and refused to deliver at the stipulated time. Driver was rude and spiteful. Tried to get rain to intervene and solve the issue and they ignored me. Happy to say I asked for a cancellation of the order immediately and saved myself from the circus.
