Rain is a ****…it’s a full on contract not month to month!

Rain is a ****…they offer you month to month services then continue to debit your account even though I decided I won’t be using it and couldn’t pay. I have 5mnths debited on my account and their support services are USELESS. My query has been escalated 2wks ago and they have failed to meet their 48hrs turn around time to resolving my issue! Be careful out there!
