Rain is a frodster that is abusing poor people and does not care about clients at all

I made and arrangement with Rain to pay installments of R158.34 and I made the payment early hours in the morning on the 15th September 2025 Rain took R700 from my account that is my Son's school transport money when I spoke to them they say there's nothing they can do about that I am on depression medication and highblood pressure I am sick as I am typing now I do not know how my child is gonna get to school I can not afford to pay Rain that much money,onto of that their network does not even work I am soo disappointed and disgusted with what Rain is doing to people I made the R158.34 payment my self and they took the R700 onto of that now how is my child gonna get to school today😭😭😭💔💔💔
