Rain is a ********* company, they will debit you twice.

Rain is a ****. They deducted my account twice on the 25th of October. I have sent through my bank statement as well as proof of the account and I'm still waiting for the refund. This is unacceptable!! Guys do yourself a favor and stay away from Rain. They are a **** and they lack customer service and communication. Please stick to Vodacom and other network providers that have been existing for years because they have branches that you can walk into and get assistance. This is bull**** , this is *****. #***
