I bought a sim and huawei 4g router combo from takealot and purchased a 4g uncapped rain WiFi on the 15 June, they took my R479 and left me hanging without a connection. I tried in vain to contact their support team without any response. Am writing online exams so now I have to pop out more money to buy data on the side. This is not right. My latest ticket is ***
