Rain is a fiancial Pain

I cancelled my rain contract within 6 days as per consumer law, I have the right to do it. Please advise why an unauthorized debit order was done today 2 May 2022 for the amount of R144.87? This was after cancelling via email on 28 March 2022. 4 days after having o service from Rain. Email below. When will you collect the modem as since I received it I never had signal to use it and after numerous emails ad telephone calls no technician came out to check it?
