can someone please assist me, firstly please check your payment records and phone call conversations i really cant pay twice for September, calling the *** number is a waste of airtime you wait long before the call is picked up and ontop of that the consultants are not trained well to help customers, im done fighting i need my refund today.

if you saying i need to pay for September what happened to the money that i paid manually on the 29th of August? please answer that and please dont tell me that its payment for August... why didnt you guys update your system when you changed the payment date and tell your system that september is paid i only need to make new payment for the next month

Why was that payment for August where as i paid for August already and you suspended my network on the 25th of August so if payment date was changed to the 1st why did you suspend my network on the 25 of August where you expecting me to stay without network till the 1st, my Tv plays with Wifi so you can imagine if you cant watch tv thats why i had to make payment... you guys are very wrong and ****mers you were suppose to update the system as well and not suspent my network on the 25th

i did ask for a payment date change coz i get paid last day of the month on the 25th i dont have funds in my account and you cant suspend my account on the 25th if the pay date is changed ... this month alone you suspended it 3 times already but i paid .. im not gonna pay twice i dont have money to give ****mers

is this matter gonna be resolved today? im tired of keep on complaining its either you restore my network today or you refund me coz September is not over yet i cant stay without network but i paid for it
