Rain is a ****

Hi team. I had signed up for rain one package. Even though it took almost am entire month for my package to be delivered. My package was for 30mb download speed... My network speed was so poor so much so that I had to cancel my subscription. During the day my download speed were less then 5mb hence the cancellation as I couldn't even use the internet. Shortly after the package was sent back to rain.this company went on to debt my account for an amount of R142. I've since request my money to be reversed but even with that I'm not getting any joy or progress.

Rain has ****** me even though I hadn't even used they internet connect as connect speeds we extremely poor. Furthermore when I was confirming my cancellation on 2012/2023. They lady I spoke to assured me that they would be no further charges involved. Good things calls are recorded.
