i joined rain 2019 and have been not having problems with the network, from November i started struggling with network,December since i was not at home in most of the time ,i didn't pay the subscription because its a month to month and if you dont pay you dont get their service,come February their network is still suspended but to my surprise i owe them the subscription for the months i was not receiving their service in full.Stay away from rain since their month to month turned to be the contract without a service
