Yesterday on my WhatsApp i received a text saying pay r50 now to get reconnected at 18.18 i arranged with Leila for promise to pay and received a link to pay at shoprite the very same r50 so i paid using the link which she sent me and not once did she say the promise to pay failed we agreed and i paid at I never received payment confirmation nor did they reconnect my services ao i called their number at 19.24 and some guy took me through useless steps which were not helping me at all instead excuse after excuse and said the promise to pay failed i askes him then why did your robot Leila tell me its safe to pay r50 i would be reconnected he had no amswers and no help whatsoever. He asked me did i receive notification for yhe payment of r50 i made i said no still he didnt seem to know how to help me and wasted my time and airtime which i regretted now today im trying to get help some number *** calls me the person on the other end didn't greet so i dropped the call. I call the number back guess what doesn't ring and ofcos no help still. Please do not buy Rain i cant even change my banking details without them trying to deduct money from my account
