rain is a *****ed company

Rain seems committed to giving really bad service!!!

First, they don't respond to any messages, emails, calls - not 1 single line of communication.

After posting a review on hellopeter they come back to me, all sincere sounding and apologetic. They offer me a month's payment of R996 refund, since the delay of more than a month on cancellation is their fault.

The agent on the same call OFFERS to have my modem courier collected for free. This was all on a Friday.

On Monday morning a different rain representative phones me, all formal and dripping with authoritative attitude.

This new caller tries to justify the company out of the full refund they offered me, due to their negligence and just generally poor service.

Furthermore, she asks if I can go and drop off the very same modem rain OFFERED to have picked up.

When I said no, the modem was collected. The line was cut BEFORE the full month I paid, meaning I now paid for a month in advance, rain for their modem and I didn't get any of the benefit.

Now, having their modem back, I cannot get hold of rain again

How ******* is this company really!?
