RAIN is a ****!
Rain is a ****! They promise this wonderful service but when it's time to deliver...dololo!! I constantly lodge complaints but they NEVER ADDRESS the problems. My area is suppose to have 5g connectivity, I don't get it. Instead I am expected to restart the modem, put it near the window but it never works. I raised a query regarding my monthly fee that was wrong, till TODAY after escalating my complaint i have not received any feedback. So I don't recommend anyone to make use of Rain.

24 Feb 2026, 12:19As expected, Rain made promises to call me back to address my issues. Their silence is deafening. Again I say, do not fall in a trap of associating yourself with rain. My question now is, is Rain a South African company???

She really took the time to explain to me properly how my account works, which ALL previous agents on the Chat line and phone calls FAILED to do over so many months. She made the effort to explain my account & also facilitated the process to rectify the situation on my account. She proved to me that she takes pride in her work and I hope her value gets recognised by Rain as a company.
