Rain is a disgrace to South Africa

Rain is a disgrace to South African internet. We’ve purchased the 5G router and 5G internet last weekend. We haven’t even received as much as an email for confirmation. Yesterday we phoned them, they tell us they can’t find it on their system but we’ve provided them with the priof of paymebt. Now my question is. Where thr hell did the R600 go if they din’t have it?? Because it’s not in my bank account anymore. I’m so disgusted with them promising they’ll get back to me but still nothing.
