RAIN IS A DISGRACE

It's a Disgrace for Rain to call themselves a network provider. It's as though we are paying close to R500 to be angry and frustrated rather than having internet connection. Your network is slow and unreliable. A 30 minute show can easily last more than an hour due to buffering which is annoying. Just writing this review was a pain because of your network lagging. Your customer service is even worse. I complained about your network months ago and only got asked to send my address with no follow up. You should be ashamed of yourselves to take people's hard earned money for zero service. Hope you are happy with yourselves
