Rain is a disappointment!
I had a billing issue last month and it was eventually sorted and I paid the R499 that was due. Now today my service is suspended and I get a message saying I owe R112.68. I DON'T OWE ANYTHING!!!
I NEED MY ACCOUNT REACTIVATED NOW!!!!

15 Apr 2024, 14:19This is not correct. My payment date has always been the 25th of every month. How am I being billed for those few days? Why was this not told to me when you were fixing my billing last month? I pay 1 flat rate of 499 for the month. I don't pay per day! I pay 499 for the whole month.
