Rain is a disappointment

Disappointed in the service firstly it took them almost 3 weeks to fix my coverage. They then credited me from their side and they then stopped my service claiming I'm owing them when i paid in full. On top of that spoke to two of their agents (Anati and Amanda),took my query in very non-chalant manner. Brushing off my query as if in the wrong. Would kindly like my service restored as I owe nothing. Ref number ***
