Rain is a disappointing experience!

Truly disappointing! It’s s been 2 weeks since I have received my SIM card and router with 5G card….just to find out that the salesperson wrongly stated that we have 5G coverage and now we have no coverage at all…no refund received, no functioning router either. This is *****ed to say the least!
