Rain is a decetifull company and likes to de***** people

I am now using this platform to escalate the poor service. I have send several mails to them to resolve firstly the connection issues and then to cancel the subscription. Just to find that they are still deducting the monthly fee from my account and now I am battling to get my money back from this ********* company. This is by far the worst service and provider I have come across to date the worst is the ********* promises from the call center agents and the lack of communication . I truly hope one of there managers sees this and gets in contact . This is disgraceful.
