I have been experiencing issues with my rain connection since November 2023 have been since then countlessly contacting them to sort out the issue I have and thus far even a 1 star rating is too much for them since some of the consultants seem like they don't know what they are talking about and they never seem to sort my connectivity problem. ( My punctuation is rather frustrated, sorry)

I am on a 50/60 meg line but can't even seem to get it to stabalise at 5mbps which is rather poor and not giving me any value for my monies worth. I requested to cancel this **** of a service but I'm not being assisted with that either 'like what did I expect'.

We should be allowed to give businesses no ratings at all (zero star baba), that's the service I'm getting. From going and going to gone...
