I have been using RAIN for over two years now and i'm so frustrated and disappointed by you recent action. For more than two months i have been having a poor connection and i wasn't able to use hotspot on my device and it kept buffering , I have decided to cancel my services with you because of that. I was told when i cancel i have 30 days of service cause i have already paid for it, The consult advised me that i would have to pay the full R540 in July for what really ? So you cancel my connect in few days and expect me to pay R540.
