Rain is a ****

Rain is so unprofessional. Their staff is rude. I cancelled my account in February, my account was paid up. They came to collect their router, but did not stop deducting money from my bank account.

I have been calling to tell them to stop deducting, but every consultant I find promises that deductions will stop. To date deductions have not stopped.
