RAIN IS A CONTRACT ...THEY LIE!!

Rain cut my wifi on 31 January which i was ok with as i wanted this to happen as i had a new provider. From 02 Feb until 20Feb they attempted to take funds from me resulting in me been charged every single day. I then called them and asked why am i been charged as i am not using their services, they told me I'm not charged on usage but for the plan, i said what plan i too Rain as i didn't want a contract. I requested them to remove my card details off their system they said they will try , i said cancel my RAIN then. they said they cant as the account is in arrears. After all this they took R529.00 on 25 Feb and again 04 March for services i am not even using. I will just have to change my bank card
