RAIN IS A CONTRACT !!!

So I joined Rain in August/Sept ,since I was impressed that I wont be joining into a contract. The internet was good only bad on some days ,but I had no problem with their internet. My problem only started now ,when I want to pause or take a break from their Service, So seeming that I'm not on contract it should be easy to stop their service for a while than come back when I need it again. But that isn't the case ,you basically have to cancel the Sim and order another one again for that to happen, I literally had to move money into another account for them not to Debit from my Bank Account .So they should stop saying its not a contract, if I cant stop their service when I want to !
