RAIN IS A CONSUMER ABUSER, Dont even look their way

My view is that this service provider should be bared for advertising or selling their products anywhere, they are very fast in calling you back to sign on and send a payment link to pay for services/goods you will never get, the device comes 2 weeks later not within the stipulated 3-5 days, their devices don't work at all, you will be taken from pillar to post when you need to contact them again (holding for an hour, etc), they deduct peoples monies even after the contract has been canceled. I canceled my contract within 2 days after receiving the device which came two weeks later and didn't work, and they still had the audacity to abuse me as a consumer by sending me an SMS stating that I owe them whilst, I no longer have their device, they promised to refund me due to their device never working, thus they have deviated from the contract and feels the need to abuse me further by sending SMSs requesting money for a device I don't have, which never worked and they admitted via email that they need to refund me, they should be taken to consumer commission as they abuse consumers!
