Rain is a complete waste of money

Rain is a complete waste of money. You pay for a service that they fail to provide, their 5G towers are always under maintenance or off due to some outage. They are not transparent with their customers they lie and give diffrent excuses as to why a 5G customer is connected to a 4G tower. One consultant will tell you that the tower in your area is off while another will tell you that the 5G tower is on but due to it being congested you were redirected to a 4G tower yet they expect you to pay. I signed up for 5G not for their 4G so don't know who gives them the right to connect me to a 4G tower. This is false advertising at its best can not wait to take them to court maybe then they will stop *****ing from their customers and ****ming them.

You always claim that you will sort it out... I had 5G connection for three hours on the dot 11 o clock the 5G went off again or let's be honest... Rain redirected me to a 4G tower again impossible that your engineers and technicians keep failing to fix the problem while your consultants slip up and tell customers the truth. On 3 hours off 10 hours what a joke

Again no service... Yesterday the same thing and the day before that this is now going on three weeks that you have failed to sort out this fault.... I am tired of paying for a service that only works 6 to 8 hours a day and that's if I am lucky this is ridiculous honestly are your technicians really so clueless that they take this long to sort a problem and still fail to fix it??!??
