Rain is a ****

Highly disappointed in the level of service from Rain. I've been a loyal customer for a few years but with the inconsistency of reception, decided to change to a different provider in June. I cancelled in June after numerous requests & spoke to an agent (Had to send a message on FB to finally speak to someone). Cancellation was confirmed and payment was debited in June BUT I'm still being billed. Now I'm unable to use my bank card or deposit money into it as Rain will just debit what they assume they are owed. By last check Rain has attempted more than 40 times to debit & each time I'm charged for this. They acknowledge it's an issue in the billing department as they can see it was cancelled but everyday they say it's being escalated with high priority. 😡🤬 What must happen now Rain?
