In March they cancelled my subscription without my knowledge, they called me and advised that they will collect their router and I handed it over to them, now I have been debited meanwhile the router is no longer in my possession and when I request for my refund they are saying they will transfer me to the billing team everytime I call, yet when I request for the calls this Reena lady says they are not allowed and not allowed to even share their surnames. Rain is a horrible company with a very bad service and their unprofessional staff answers whiles on the road, they don’t value us as their clients
