Rain is a **** honestly, their service isn’t the best, their towers are always down and then you have to call them to at least get help which never works, and I decided to ask they cancel my service and each time their AI tells me that someone from Retentions will call me to finalise this but it has been 4 weeks now and they are trying to debit money from me but are failing to cancel my service

When? It has been a month I have put in this request, your WhatsApp line is this AI saying the same thing saying that the retention team will call me and then nothing happens honestly you guys need to have the ombudsman intervene because what service is this? And now you want me to pay for a service I never used ?
