Rain is a ****

I’ve been with rain for over 2 years and I wanted to cancel my membership for the past 2 months I’ve had a call from Veronica and other agents assuring me that it has been cancelled I got various reference numbers that it was sent for cancellation yet I am being billed every month and now owe a huge amount, the agents even have an attitude. This is really ****ming people because when I got the network sim I paid in advance… as to why I am still getting billed and they are not canceling this beats me… I am not even using the stupid Wi-Fi it never connects anywhere anyways
