Rain is a ******* business

I have cancelled my rain subscription. The last payment was made and the router was collected. After and entire month of not using rain and not having the router, money is still being deducted from my account.

I have made multiple attempts to contact rain to resolve this issue. When calling the customer service i was online for at least 20 minutes each time without ever speaking to a consultant.

From the app i have submitted multiple requests to be contacted and only a generic email is the response every time.

Taking money from someone without providing a service is thievery. It is a ******** offence.

I intend to take this further if I receive no response and no reimbur*****t for monies owed to me.

I have also tried to remove my card details from the app. It does not allow the removal of details without putting in new ones. This just confirms that this company will continue to deduct funds from my account.

I would for this specific reason never suggest Rain to anyone.
