Rain is a bunch of *******, you will battle to get their claws out of your bank account!
When you pay for a package, like the unlimited 4G for any device. You pay for the privilege of just being able to use their network. At the end of the month any data that you used is charged for and deducted from your bank account! I canceled the sim, received a confirmation email that I am no longer liable for any fees. However, the still deducted R15.90 from my account every month. Bunch of *******, I will have to get a new bank card to get their fingers out of my bank account!

02 Jul 2021, 11:27Thank you for the reply. The issue is not that I demand R15. 90 back. The issue is that you feel that you somehow have the right to just take money from people's accounts without their consent whenever you feel like it. That is theft!
