Rain is a bunch of *******

Hi, I am a self employed CPU technician from Durban area. At first Rain was perfect, decent speeds and then gradually decreased to almost nothing. Currently at about 0.6mbps Dl 1.2mbps upl. Downlaoding drivers used to be minutes now its hours. Rain is costing me both time and money and I cant continue doing business with them. Was on R250 no peak bundle then upraded to R479 a few days ago, no change. Cant get in contact with anyone from Rain to help. So I'd rather pay little extra for a decent speed and somebody to help me when I have a problem than be get ****** every month like Rain has been doing for the last few months. They take your money every month even though they are not giving you any service. Rain is just another company *****ing money from the people of SA. Everyone having a problem with it should lodge a mediation request at ISPA.org.za.
