Rain is a bunch of *******!

Initially had excellent service up until we needed to stop our account due to financial implications. No feedback ever gets given. They continue to deduct payments for more then 2 months and when you contact them it will take 7-10 working days, after 7-10 working days if you call back and ask where is the money that they stole from you. Then they say it will take 7-10 working days from that date. Will never trust or use rain again. Please guys protect yourself and don't use rain. The more money they can ***** from you, the happier they are.
