Rain is a bully who *****s my money

I stopped using rain last year September, however Rain debited my account the amount of R1030.00 last year 24 December. I called rain to get a refund since I don't use their services and spoke to a Lerato of whom said she will escalate the matter to the billing department, ultimately the feedback was there's no refund for me because I didn't cancell their services on my profile but she will immediately cancell it for me, I asked why they didn't suspend my services cause that's one of their T's & C's for nonpayment, but could not get a straight answer. On the 25March rain debited my account again the amount of R479.00, I called the same day and spoke to Kamogelo and she also told me that my profile was still active that's why I was debited, I told her that Lerato promised to cancell the services on my profile in December, she insisted that it was active and she advised that I must immediately cancell services on my profile, she also assisted to reset my password since I forgotten it, then I cancelled services on my profile, she confirmed that it's cancelled but I must forget the refund because I won't be refunded, I tried to explain that I am not using rain services, and there's no usage on my profile but it was all in vain. Today 28April2022, rain debited again R479.00 I called and spoke to Charnel or Shanell , she also told me that my profile was still active and services were not cancelled, I tried to explain to her that I personally cancelled services on my profile while I speaking to Kamogelo last month, but she was adamant that the profile is still very much active. I also explained to her the December dilemma. She said the best she can do is to escalate matter to the billing department. Fellow South Africans rain is a big company that makes millions from *****ing poor people's money. I earn a little monthly salary and I must feed my wife and 2 children, and mind you my wife if unemployed. I struggle to make ends meet on month to month basis. SHAME ON YOU RAIN! Instead of making our lives better, you seem to be on a mission to ruin us! WHAT A DIGRACE!😢😢
