Rain is a bully

Money is owed to Rain for 4 months starting from April. I m from Kwazulu Natal. We were hit with the floods quite badly. No income for about 4 months. As I m getting back onto my feet, Rain decides to take off R 473 from my account last week, then today R 1426 from my account again. Without any notification or permission & not even a thought that this money is allocated for something else, these amounts get taken off. Rain was going to be sorted out at the end of the August 2022. I just got back into business & money started coming in again and this happens. I ve cancelled my contract with Rain with immediate effect. I don t think that s the way business should be run especially in these hard times.
