Rain is a big ******* with a plan to rip us off
Rain is a big ******* , I paid full amounts while I didn't even have connection I was struggling I had to cancel but the are still debiting on my account even after I have cancelled, worse part is when u call them they say a manager will call you , but they never called me .

06 Jan 2022, 20:59Going back on my bank app I paid 479 in August and September I didn't pay but October I paid on the 1st and on the 26th and then I upgraded to 5G because I was struggling with the 4G then November I received the 5G router still I was struggling I ended up cancelling because I couldn't use internet and I have emails to prove that I was struggling ,what I don't understand u debited twice on the 23 of Dec but I never used the internet
